The voice = creative self expression. throat ene The voice = creative self expression. throat energy centre activated = expressing one’s truth . connecting with the senses via sound meditation Utilising the sacred instrument - the voice . our voice is powerful it gives us information to the sounds we create . it brings awareness to our emotions. Divinely guided to connect inwards with the breath and voice and sound Our voice is an incredible tool when one dedicates their practise of self care to heal and release . & express their emotions. A great way to release and offload resistances within the nervous system. The voice = creative self expression. Divinely guided, connecting with the the voice energy centre enables us to speak one’s truth and honouring their true authentic self by using the voice to express her souls essence. The voice enables us to connect inwards, to our higher self . The vocals are used as a great way to create resonance within the nervous system , if guided correctly. Embodying emotions through voice work, shifts our emotional and mental states = calm and peaceful mood.

• self worth • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • topic today - honouring • self worth • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • topic today - honouring your self worth • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • why is self worth so important • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • Self-worth is recognizing ‘I am greater than all of those things.’ It is a deep knowing that I am of value, that I am loveable, necessary to this life, and of incomprehensible worth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • without self worth we don’t feel we deserve to be loved and to belong to others. therefore tolerating poor treatment from situations / people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • honouring our self worth enables people to treat us with respect and not accept poor behaviours from people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ for example people stepping beyond your boundaries which makes you feel uncomfortable -this creates major anxieties upon our nervous system. which then negatively effects our mental, emotional , physically and spiritual well-being. as a result this can turn into trauma. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ self worth effects our mental health and i’ve learnt this from my own healing journey of the self and from my awakening from toxic past connections with people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • Self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love, respected and belonging from others. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ if we do not understand how to honour our self worth properly than we are prone to be stuck in unconsciously unhappy situations and relationships. where we feel unseen and disrespected. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ because we feel we are not worthy of being in a better situation/ position. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A person with a high sense of self-worth takes responsibility for their mistakes and want to be in situations where they are treated fairly.
