Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice cancellation fee.

Can I receive a Therapy Session or Class refund?

When you book and purchase a holistic therapy session or classes with me, I am committing my time to you. I understand that sometimes appointments have to be changed or rescheduled but, no-shows and late cancellations mean that an appointment cannot be given to someone else. I therefore respectfully ask that you honour the 24 hour cancellation policy. My time is valuable and so is yours. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t turn up or cancel within 24 hours, you’ll still be charged in full.

In turn, I promise to honour our appointments and be on time as well.

Can I receive a Package refund?

When you book and purchase a package of holistic therapy sessions with me, I commit to having enough time available to you. That affects how many other people I can offer sessions to. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds after 14 days of purchase  If you want to make sure my therapy style is right for you, I suggest you book a single session with me first. All block booking deals are for those that have booked and are committed to receive weekly or fortnightly sessions. A 5 Session Package must be used within 12 weeks of the purchase date.

(Not including pandemic related restrictions).
